Responsibilities

• Provide smooth and professional guest service throughout the guest journey, including check-in, stay, and check-out processes
• Ensure guests receive friendly, efficient, and memorable service
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and cashiering
• Promote hotel facilities
• Coordinate closely with all departments to maintain high guest satisfaction
• Support daily Front Office operations
• For Supervisor level: supervise team operations, handle guest issues independently, and support the Front Office management team

Qualifications

• College diploma in hotel management or related field
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services
• Good communication skills
• Experience with Front Office Systems
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
