Executive, Compliance

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure all business and internal activities comply with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
• Monitor and summarize regulations of the Bank of Thailand, AMLO and any relevant regulator.
• Coordinate and work closely with business units and relevant regulators to make sure that the company fully comply with relevant rules and regulations.
• Draft, review, revise and implement company policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Provide advice and coordinate with other department regarding compliance matters.
• Any other assigned task.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher degree in laws/related field.
• Experience at least 1 - 3 years in compliance or legal field.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in Payment industry, E-commerce, Finance is a plus.
