About the Role
We are looking for a Design Engineer (VRF Systems) to support the development of air conditioning products, focusing on functional design, system performance, and product quality. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who are interested in HVAC system design, cost optimization, and product development, with opportunities to grow in both technical and project capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) air conditioning systems
- Assist in functional design and system performance optimization
- Conduct cost analysis and support cost reduction initiatives
- Support product testing, quality control, and reliability improvement
- Work according to development plans and project timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality and safety standards
- Provide support and consultation on product design and development topics
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic understanding of air conditioning systems or HVAC principles is an advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow project plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English
