Data Centre Construction Manager

About the Role

A fast-growing, pan-Asia data centre developer and operator is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead civil, structural, and architectural works for a major data centre development in Bangkok, Thailand. This is a hands-on, site-level leadership role onsite. You will own the CSA scope from ground-up, coordinating across contractors, local authorities, MEP teams, and commissioning partners to deliver a world-class facility on time and to specification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CSA scope including site preparation, structural works, and architectural finishes
• Manage contractors, monitor site progress, and uphold safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with local authorities on zoning, building permits, and regulatory compliance
• Navigate BOI incentives and Thai regulatory frameworks
• Resolve design discrepancies and manage red-line and as-built documentation
• Collaborate with MEP and commissioning teams for integrated project delivery

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 8+ years of CSA construction experience, ideally in data centres or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of Thailand's permitting process, BOI regulations, and utility coordination
• Proven ability to manage contractors and multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects
