About the Role

Tencent Cloud is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to support enterprise pre-sales engagements and drive technical solution excellence. This role focuses on translating customer business requirements into scalable cloud architectures, leading proof-of-concept initiatives, and developing compelling technical proposals that enable successful deal conversion. You will collaborate closely with Sales, clients, and internal technical teams to design practical, high-impact cloud solutions while representing Tencent Cloud's technical credibility in customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, and oversee technical proof-of-concept activities to validate solution feasibility and demonstrate business value
• Develop high-quality technical proposals and comprehensive Statements of Work aligned with customer requirements and project scope
• Engage closely with clients and Sales teams to understand business objectives, technical challenges, and solution expectations
• Collaborate with field engineering and delivery teams to define solution architecture, implementation scope, and technical feasibility
• Conduct technical presentations, solution workshops, and webinars to articulate Tencent Cloud's capabilities and strengthen customer confidence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines; professional-level cloud certifications are highly advantageous
• Minimum 5 years of cloud pre-sales architecture experience with strong expertise in IaaS and PaaS products
• Broad technical knowledge across multiple domains including Linux and Windows Server OS, web service stack, networking, migration, data storage, containerization, and DevOps
• Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai. Proficient in Chinese Mandarin would be highly advantageous but not a must.
