Thailand - 2026 Voyage Program - Engineering

About the Role

Voyage Global Leadership Development Program at Marriott International — a full-time, paid, 18 months development program for recent university or hotel school graduates. The program is hands-on and takes place at a Marriott International managed hotel, providing discipline-specific training and leadership curriculum. Disciplines include Engineering (among others such as Food & Beverage, Rooms Operations, Human Resources, IT, Accounting & Finance).

Responsibilities

• Be immersed in day-to-day hotel operations and participate in mini-rotations across disciplines to learn how to manage various hotel functions.
• Cultivate customer relationships and represent Marriott service standards.
• Act as a champion for innovation and propose process improvements.
• Gain exposure to managing projects and people, including taking on a Voyage project to improve processes or pitch new initiatives.
• Participate in management meetings, collaborate with Voyage participants worldwide, and contribute ideas and solutions.
• Complete special assignments and training under the guidance of senior leaders and coaches.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year (those with expected graduation within 12 months may be considered).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher-level education required (Associate's degree acceptable for Culinary).
• Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to foster relationships, work collaboratively, self-manage, and be a self-starter with a real desire for personal and professional growth.
• Work authorization in the country applied to (local citizen or permanent resident).
