About the Role

G.O. Landscaping Manager at Club Med Phuket responsible for maintaining healthy, controlled green spaces across the resort and ensuring proper execution of maintenance and service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of healthy and controlled green spaces in the Resorts
• Make the link between the Europe Africa Technical Department for Green Spaces Europe and the various sites
• Control and monitor the proper execution of Green Space service contracts on the sites concerned
• Control and monitor the proper execution of the maintenance work by the Gardens team on the site concerned
• Ensure a follow-up (qualitative and quantitative) and quantify each site's needs in terms of fertilisation, irrigation, phytosanitary status, equipment and pruning
• Strive for the continuous improvement of the gardens
• Establish monthly and annual Green space reporting
• Unite and motivate teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
