About the Role

Decisive and deeply technical Cybersecurity Lead to command Security Operations (SecOps) and Blue Team. Sole focus is acting as The Watcher & The Enforcer. Hunt for threats, monitor network and cloud logs, and defend infrastructure against active attacks. Be the central authority for all vulnerability management across a complex, multi-cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Digital Ocean, On-Premise, and Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Hunt for threats, monitor network and cloud logs, and defend infrastructure against active attacks.
• Manage an enterprise-grade security stack (SIEM/XDR and vulnerability scanners) across hybrid/multi-cloud and on-premise environments.
• Track security issues across code repositories, containers, Kubernetes, cloud VMs, and bare-metal servers, ensuring responsible teams patch vulnerabilities promptly and effectively.
• Lead SecOps / Blue Team activities and oversee vulnerability & exposure management across all domains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Cybersecurity, SOC, or Blue Team operations, with a proven track record of leading security analysts or managing enterprise vulnerability and incident response programs.
• Expert knowledge of tracking and managing vulnerabilities across diverse assets (code repositories, containers, K8s, cloud VMs, and bare-metal); deep understanding of CVSS scoring and contextualizing risk.
• Deep, hands-on expertise deploying, scaling, and tuning SIEM/XDR solutions and vulnerability scanners.
• Strong architectural understanding of Hybrid/Multi-Cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and Kubernetes to analyze logs, track anomalies, and trace threat actor movements within cloud-native environments.
• Proven experience building and executing incident response plans aligned with industry standards.
• Analytical rigor to separate signal from noise during a crisis, persistence to follow up on aging CVEs, and communication skills to translate technical risks to executive leadership.
