วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน

รับผิดชอบการบริการอาหารในส่วนของสลัดบาร์ในร้านอาหาร Sizzler ตามข้อกำหนดและนโยบายของบริษัทฯ โดยเฉพาะวิธีการดำเนินงานด้านการปฏิบัติการ (Operations Standard) เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ และสร้างความพึงพอใจให้ลูกค้า 100%

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

• รับผิดชอบดูแลการทำ ผักสด ผลไม้ ซุป สลัดมิกซ์ น้ำสลัด ของหวาน และคุณภาพของอาหารให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
• รับผิดชอบการจัดวางตามแผนผังของ Food Bar และการนำออกเสิร์ฟให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ถูกสุขลักษณะ และมีให้บริการลูกค้าตลอดเวลา
• รับผิดชอบการแต่งกาย, ความสะอาดและความประพฤติให้เป็นไปตามตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัทฯ
• รับผิดชอบตรวจสอบคุณภาพของผักสด,ผลไม้,ซุปและน้ำสลัดให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของซิซซ์เล่อร์
• ช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศในการทำงาน
• ยึดมั่น และถือปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของบริษัทตลอดเวลา

• รักษาความสะอาด และสุขอนามัย ภายในร้าน
• ยึดมั่น และถือปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของบริษัทตลอดเวลา
• ช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศในการทำงาน
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้า

คุณสมบัติของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน

1. มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ม.3
2. ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์
3. มีความรับผิดชอบและมีความซื่อสัตย์
4. มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร
