Guest Service Representative (Thai - Mandarin speaking)

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage visitors/customers at designated locations to identify potential owners and promote Anantara Vacation Club (AVC).
• Persuade qualified prospects to attend Preview Presentations and offer available incentives.
• Be the face of the company in the marketplace and achieve required targets for scheduled preview presentations.
• Understand AVC’s Club Points Ownership programme and the packages/incentives being promoted.
• Provide customer service and assistance to enhance customer experience, including helping customers with maps and directions to Preview Centres.
• Complete paperwork and phone marketing administration for tour bookings generated during your shift, and call booked guests the night before to confirm attendance when required.
• Ensure marketing collateral is in good condition, and that your work location is neat and tidy.
• Attend scheduled team meetings, support company marketing strategies, set and review performance goals, and respect colleagues to maintain a ‘one team’ ethos.
• Maintain awareness of current events and AVC destinations to build rapport with potential guests and owners.
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may include business travel.

Qualifications

• Thai and Mandarin speaking required; level of spoken English will be assessed and other targeted languages as required.
• Proven ability to achieve budget requirements related to qualified tours, leads and package sales; self-motivated and target-driven.
• Confidence and strong interpersonal skills to open new conversations with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work in a 5‑star environment and meet AVC operational standards while maintaining high motivation and morale.
• Willingness to participate in performance reviews and coaching programs and to continuously improve product knowledge.
