About this project

We are looking for bilingual speakers to record short, casual audio clips, naturally switching between English and Chinese—just as you would in real-life conversations. There are no scripts, no set scenes; just talk about your day, your thoughts, whatever comes to mind.

Do you unconsciously switch back and forth between English and Chinese when speaking? Complaining about your day, talking about your favorite show, talking to yourself in different languages—just speak the way you usually talk to friends. If you could earn money just by recording these daily conversations, would you be willing to try it?

Responsibilities

• Record 1-2 minute audio clips based on prompts or short videos.
• Express yourself naturally in your everyday speaking style, freely switching between English and Chinese, without deliberately designing scripts.
• Each recording session requires completing several audio clips.

Requirements

• Language: Fully bilingual, fluent or native in both English and Chinese, and naturally mixing both languages when speaking.
• Equipment: Any device can be used, including mobile phones; no professional recording equipment or dedicated studio space is required.
• Environment: A quiet room, free from background music, TV noise, traffic noise, or other people talking.
• Audio Quality: Clear sound, close to the microphone, only one person speaking, no echo. Wearing headphones or earbuds can help but is not mandatory.
• Tip: Quiet, clean recording quality is most important; background noise or unclear expressions may affect approval.
