Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the logistics and selling of all beverage operations at our organization.
• Lead by example to create an exceptional customer experience through beverage sales.
• Organize and delegate the ordering and planning of all beverage products and services at our location.
• Work closely with other department heads to ensure each department has what they need from your department.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all beverage services and report to the F&B Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Events leadership role
• Passion for leadership and teamwork
• Possesses deep knowledge of spirits, mixology artistry & global wine regions
• Understands premium upselling and revenue optimization
• Is commercially astute; confident with cost control & performance metrics
• Brings innovative concepts aligned with luxury market demand
• Inspires, trains and elevates the team
