Design and implement collection and non-performing asset sale strategies, optimize collection flows, analyze data, monitor KPIs, and develop new procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibilities
- Design and implement collection/NPA sale strategies across different non legal and leverage stages.
- Define rules for OA reassignment.
- Optimize collection flows to increase recovery while reducing costs
- Analyze/ Monitor Collection strategy and NPL sale.
- Monitor KPIs such as: Recovery rate, Legal SLA, NPA sale
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance
- Work with operations teams to improve collection / NPA sale efficiency and develop procedure
- Test new strategies (A/B testing, champion/challenger models)
