Join our global team of Corporate Language Trainers and deliver engaging online lessons to professionals from leading companies around the world. What You'll Do

• Deliver live online English lessons to individuals and small groups.
• Personalize lessons to learners' goals and proficiency levels.
• Foster an engaging, interactive virtual classroom.
• Provide feedback and complete lesson reports after each session.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Experience teaching or training adults is preferred. Corporate/professional experience is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English & Chinese
• Comfortable teaching via video conferencing platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Professional, engaging, and learner-focused.
• Quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection.

Technical Requirements

• Intel Processor: Core i5 12th gen / i7 11th gen (or equivalent) and up
• Mac processor: Macbook Pro - M1 Chip or Macbook Air - M1 Chip
• 8 GB RAM and up
• 20 GB of free disk space
• High-speed Internet connection (Download 10 Mbps, Upload 10 Mbps)

Work Schedule

• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week
• 2 PM - 11 PM (Beijing time) teaching schedule
