About the Role

Position: Bartender (Guest Service Expert) at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel

Location: 518/8 Ploenchit Road, Bangkok, Thailand

Schedule: Full Time, Onsite. Position Type: Non-Management.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences through food and beverage service, with attention to hospitality and presentation.
• Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with and serve guests, and clean work areas and supplies.
• Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information.
• Follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
• Maintain a safe workplace and perform reasonable job duties as requested.
• Perform physical tasks: stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move over sloping/uneven/slippery surfaces; lift/carry/push/pull/place objects up to 25 lbs unassisted (50 lbs with assistance); reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, stoop.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Related work experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
• Supervisory experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None required.
