Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing and cooking food according to company standards to deliver high-quality, fresh, clean, and timely food, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction in every service.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation and Cooking:
• Check the readiness of all kitchen equipment to be clean and ready for use before starting the shift.
• Check the readiness and quality of ingredients before starting to cook.
• Strictly cook according to standard procedures and company recipes.
• Process customer orders chronologically to be completed within the specified time.
• Check food quality to meet standards before delivering to the service team every time.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintenance:
• Ensure the responsible kitchen area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped at all times.
• Clean kitchen equipment and work areas according to the scheduled cleaning routine.
• Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Maintain personal attire and cleanliness according to standards.
• General Operations:
• Comply with company regulations and supervisors' instructions.
• Report any problems occurring in the kitchen to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform other assigned duties from the supervisor.

Job Specifications

Education: Senior high school (M.6) or equivalent or higher

Experience: Not necessary (prior cooking experience will be specially considered)

• Has a passion for cooking and is ready to learn new cooking techniques.
• Adheres to Food Quality & Safety.
• Is responsible, honest, and meticulous.
• Can work shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Has a food handler training certificate (will be specially considered).
