Job Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the Virtual Bank Business, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the virtual bank's unique operational needs, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Provide HR advisory services to virtual bank employees and management on a range of topics, including performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all virtual bank staff.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify training and development needs and contribute to the design and delivery of relevant programs.
• Support HR data analysis and reporting for the Virtual Bank Business, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs specific to the virtual bank's competitive landscape.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and legal changes related to HR in the financial technology and virtual banking sectors.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong preference for experience within the financial services industry, particularly virtual banking or FinTech.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including experience with various sourcing strategies.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
