About the Role

Voyage is Marriott International’s global leadership development program for recent university graduates. Voyage is an 18 months, full-time, paid development program delivered at a Marriott International managed hotel. Participants receive hands-on, discipline-specific training, leadership curriculum, mentored coaching and mini-rotations across hotel functions. This posting is for the 2026 Voyage Program intake (Rooms Operations).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate customer relationships and deliver excellent guest service in Rooms Operations.
• Participate in day-to-day hotel operations and be immersed in hotel functions through on-the-job assignments.
• Get exposure to managing projects and people, participate in management meetings, and collaborate with Voyage participants worldwide.
• Improve processes, pitch new initiatives and take on special projects as part of a Voyage project.
• Be a champion for innovation, solve operational challenges and offer ideas and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher-level education required (Associates acceptable for Culinary); graduates within the past year preferred.
• Those currently enrolled with expected graduation within 12 months of application may be considered.
• Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills; ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively.
• Self-motivated, able to self-manage and demonstrate a desire for personal and professional growth.
• Work authorization in the country you apply (local citizen or permanent resident).
