Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines, to deliver excellent experiences and maximize customer satisfaction, while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely, with a smile and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to trained standard procedures to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Accurately recommend products and promotions to customers to increase sales.
• Ask for and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.

Product Inspection and Delivery

• Check food quality to meet standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers accurately, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting a shift.

Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintenance

• Ensure the responsible area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintain personal appearance and hygiene according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.

General Operations

• Strictly comply with company rules and regulations and supervisors' instructions.
• Perform other assigned duties by supervisors.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior high school (M.3) or equivalent or higher

Experience

No experience required (experience in service will be a special consideration)

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and a good personality.
• Responsible and honest in duty.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week) including public holidays.
• Food handler training certificate (will be a special consideration).
