Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Design and develop scripts on the HUE Cloudera based on defined requirements, conduct UAT with users to validate functionality, and execute deployment into the production environment.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets using tools such as Power BI, Hue, Impala, and Hive.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Design and implement data models and algorithms to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Optimize data processes and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Perform regular audits and validation checks to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as needed.
• Design and implement key metrics to create comprehensive Power BI dashboards for monitoring performance, identifying risks, and improving SLA.
• Maintain and improve SQL queries and Power BI dashboards to ensure seamless decision-making for management and operations teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with internal and external parties.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and various business units.
• Strong knowledge of banking systems.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and complete tasks within SLA and assigned timelines.
