Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing and cooking food according to company standards to deliver quality food that is fresh, clean, and on time. Creating maximum customer satisfaction with every service.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation and Cooking

• Check the readiness of all kitchen equipment to be clean and ready for use before starting the shift.
• Check the readiness and quality of ingredients before starting to cook.
• Cook according to standard procedures and company recipes strictly.
• Process customer orders in chronological order and complete them within the specified time.
• Check food quality to meet standards before delivering to the service team every time.

Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure all equipment is complete in the assigned kitchen area at all times.
• Clean kitchen equipment and work area according to the predetermined schedule.
• Strictly adhere to food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Maintain personal attire and cleanliness according to standards.

General Operations

• Comply with company regulations and supervisors' orders.
• Report problems in the kitchen to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specifications

Education:

• High school (Mathayom 6) or equivalent or higher.

Experience:

• No experience required (experience in cooking will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications:

• Passionate about cooking and willing to learn new cooking techniques.
• Committed to and follow Food Quality & Safety.
• Responsible, honest, and meticulous.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Possess a food handler's training certificate (will be given special consideration).
