Round 2 – Procurement, Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of a Vertical Waste Compactor (12 -20 Tons) for the Khok Khan Community Waste Bank, Trang Municipality, Trang Province

About the Role

Procurement, supply, installation and commissioning of one vertical waste compactor (12–20 Tons compression capacity) for the Khok Khan Community Waste Bank, Trang Municipality. The equipment must be suitable for tropical, high-humidity conditions and support community-led waste segregation, volume reduction, storage and transport efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, manufacture and supply one vertical waste compactor meeting the specified technical requirements.
• Provide safe transportation to the Khok Khan Community Waste Bank site and perform professional mechanical installation.
• Complete electrical setup: wiring, cabling, circuit breakers/control panels and connection to the facility’s main power supply (220V / 380V) ensuring compliance with electrical safety codes.
• Commissioning and performance testing to verify full operational functionality and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide on-site operational guidance and training for designated personnel.
• Supply initial high-quality hydraulic oil and include all installation materials; propose an all-inclusive price covering equipment, delivery, installation and commissioning.
• Provide a twelve (12) month warranty covering all parts, components and labor from date of final acceptance.

• Compression Capacity: 12–20 Tons.
• Power System: Electrical (220V / 380V); Motor Capacity: 4 kW / 7.5 kW.
• Hydraulic Cylinder: Bore 3.9 inches; Rod 2 inches; Stroke 0.9 meters.
• Machine Dimensions (L x W x H): not less than 1,370 x 620 x 2,350 mm. Bale Dimensions (W x L): 40 x 80 cm.
• Construction: high-strength steel; external structure treated with anti-corrosion primer and high-quality coating suitable for tropical/high-humidity conditions; internal chamber designed for friction/wear resistance without painting to avoid contamination.
• Safety & Control: Single operation button (On/Off); operator must not need to enter compression zone or be near feed opening during active compression; pressure relief valve to prevent hydraulic overload.
• Delivery & Installation: complete mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning and readiness for immediate operation within the delivery period.

Additional Information

• Delivery Period: project completion within sixty (60) days from contract signing.
• Warranty: twelve (12) months from final acceptance; defective parts to be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
• Payment Terms: two installments — 50% on order confirmation/contract signing; 50% upon successful delivery, installation, commissioning and final acceptance.
• Budget & Pricing: proposed price must be within project limit and all-inclusive (equipment, VAT, transportation, professional installation including electrical wiring and setup materials, initial hydraulic oil and all other related expenses). No hidden costs; supplier responsible until full commissioning and acceptance.
• Deliverables: One (1) fully operational vertical waste compactor inclusive of all specified components.
