Responsibilities

• Assist in routine preventive maintenance following Manufacturing Maintenance Manual procedures for assigned tools
• Complete preventive maintenance (PM) checklists, record data, and maintain tool logbooks
• Troubleshoot and repair routine unscheduled failures to root cause and select correct down
• Document maintenance activities in Resource Viewer and Forum Notes systems
• Provide observations to improve PM efficiency, tool uptime, and cost reduction
• Participate in technical training and maintenance certification programs
• Support Engineers in preventive maintenance (PM) procedure development
• Work in a class 100 cleanroom environment and follow cleanroom/process standards
• Flexible to work 12-hour AWS shifts and overtime as required

หน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบ:

• ผู้ช่วยช่างเทคนิคและวิศวกรในการดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ตามแผนงานที่กำหนด โดยปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนและมาตรฐานกระบวนการผลิตอย่างเคร่งครัด
• กรอกแบบฟอร์มรายการตรวจสอบงานบำรุงรักษา บันทึก และจัดเก็บข้อมูลเครื่องมือ/เครื่องจักรอย่างเป็นระบบ
• สนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาอุปกรณ์ รวมถึงเรียนรู้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุ
• บันทึกกิจกรรมการซ่อมบำรุงลงในระบบของโรงงานอย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน
• สังเกตและบันทึกข้อมูลการทำงานของเครื่องจักร เพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต และลดต้นทุน
• เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมด้านเทคนิค และโปรแกรมการรับรองด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
• สนับสนุนวิศวกรในการพัฒนา ปรับปรุง และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักร

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a high vocational degree (ปวส.) in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or equivalent
• Start internship period in July or October 2026 (4 months)
• Project experience in electronic equipment repairing
• Knowledge of basic electronics/electrical, electronic circuits and maintenance
• Familiarity with electronics and electrical measuring tools (multimeter)
• Knowledge of PLC & controller
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and follow cleanroom and safety procedures

• มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ วงจรไฟฟ้า และงานบำรุงรักษา
• มีความรู้การใช้เครื่องมือวัดอิเล็กทรอนิกส์/ไฟฟ้า เช่น มัลติมิเตอร์
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ PLC และคอนโทรลเลอร์
• สามารถปฏิบัติงานในคลีนรูม และปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย
