Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, recommend menu items, and promote daily specials and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, table setup, and service areas to the highest standards.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Comply with hotel policies, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic spoken English is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
