Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service in accordance with company standards and guidelines, to deliver excellent experiences and maximum satisfaction to all customers, while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely, with a smile and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to trained standard procedures, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Accurately recommend products and sales promotions to customers to increase sales.
• Inquire and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.
• Check food quality to meet standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of raw materials and service equipment before starting the shift.

Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintenance

• Ensure the responsible area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.
• Comply with company regulations and supervisors' orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior high school (Mathayom 3) or equivalent or higher.

Experience

No experience required (experience in service will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and a good personality.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Food handler training certificate (will be given special consideration).
