Job Purpose

Responsible for serving ice cream beautifully and with quality according to Swensen's operating standards, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain ice cream display freezers in working condition and check temperatures according to standards.
• Maintain ice cream quality by checking temperatures with a thermometer according to standards.
• Ensure all equipment and tools used for work are clean, ready for use at all times, and cleaned properly according to hygiene principles.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, ensuring it is clean, free from contaminants and insects.
• Properly use and arrange ice cream containers according to standards.
• Serve ice cream in standard sizes as specified in the product manual.
• Maintain beverage quality according to standards and ensure sufficient supply throughout sales.
• Arrange and display ice cream correctly according to the ice cream flavor layout.
• Arrange and display ice cream cakes correctly according to the cake display cabinet layout.
• Take orders and prepare products according to standards for dine-in or takeaway customers.
• Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers to ensure customers receive ice cream according to standards.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain personal attire, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store according to company standards.
• Adhere to safety standards according to organizational rules.
• Comply with organizational disciplinary regulations and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Other duties assigned by the shift manager.
• Other duties assigned and listed in the daily work schedule.

Qualifications

• Male or female, aged 18 – 25 years.
• Service-minded and responsible.
• Good personality, cheerful, eloquent, and agile in work.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Education: Completed Mathayom 3 or higher.
• Experience: Experience in restaurant service will be given special consideration.
