Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up fun, interactive activities for guests that meet departmental standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the activities area and perform general cleaning duties; regularly check condition of the space and report maintenance needs.
• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude; offer assistance and guidance regarding activities and equipment use.
• Provide efficient, attentive customer service and address guest complaints or concerns, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.
• Ensure safety during activities, collect signed disclaimers from parents/guardians, and closely monitor guests at all times.
• Maintain equipment in good condition and assist with inventory.
• Complete all required departmental reports, forms, and incident logbook entries accurately and on time.
• Participate in organizing and executing events, social and cultural activities, and assist with decorations to create memorable experiences for children.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a recreational or educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with children and their families.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and the ability to enforce them.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
