About the Role

Located at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, 199 Sukhumvit Soi 22, Bangkok, Thailand. Schedule: Full Time. Position Type: Non-Management. Onsite.

Guest Experience Experts deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. Responsibilities include processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing highlights of the local area. Associates are empowered to take initiative and create memorable, personalized experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, memorable Club Lounge experience for guests, including check-in/check-out assistance and personalized service.
• Process operational needs and complete required reports.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Share information about local attractions and hotel services.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Perform light physical tasks: stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move/lift/carry/push/pull/place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
• Ability to follow company policies and uphold quality and service standards.
