About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Operator role based in Songkhla.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor construction machinery and equipment in accordance with company procedures and project specifications.
• Perform pre-start inspections and report faults or maintenance needs.
• Follow operating manuals and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to complete assigned tasks such as lifting, moving, or positioning materials and supporting construction activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with local regulations.
• Participate in safety briefings and toolbox talks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating construction or industrial machinery in a site-based environment.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures, hazard awareness, and compliance with site regulations.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, basic technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with supervisors, engineers, and site teams.
• Physical ability to work outdoors, in varying weather conditions, and to perform manual tasks as needed.
• Basic mechanical aptitude to identify equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in machinery or construction is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the construction or engineering sector in Thailand, especially in Songkhla or nearby regions, is preferred.
• Valid, relevant operator or equipment licenses and certifications as required by local regulations.
