The Spa at Club Med partners with major spa and beauty brands such as Sothys, Cinq Mondes, Comfort Zone, Mandara Spa, Payot and l'Occitane. You will be trained in treatment protocols and in the sale of products from these brands; trainings are materialized by a certificate recognized by wellness professionals.

Responsibilities

• Receive and welcome clients, organise the treatment schedule and ensure a personalised customer experience
• Perform various treatments (Californian, Ayurvedic, hot stone, Balinese treatments, etc.) according to the resort and brand guidelines
• Promote, advise on and sell spa services and care products to develop Spa revenue
• Collaborate with other resort services (laundry, bar, restaurant, etc.) to ensure smooth guest experience
• Guarantee compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and contribute to maintenance of the resort's assets
• Participate in professional trainings on brand protocols and apply learned techniques
