Job Purpose

Responsible for scooping ice cream beautifully and with quality according to Swensen's operational standards, to create 100% customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the ice cream freezer for usability and check the temperature according to standards.
• Maintain ice cream quality by checking the temperature with a thermometer according to standards.
• Ensure all equipment and tools used in work are clean, ready for use at all times, and cleaned properly according to hygiene principles.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, ensuring it is clean, free from foreign objects and insects.
• Use ice cream containers correctly according to standards.
• Scoop ice cream to standard size as specified in the product manual.
• Ensure beverages meet quality standards and are sufficient for sale throughout.
• Arrange ice cream correctly according to the ice cream flavor planogram.
• Arrange ice cream cakes correctly according to the cake display cabinet planogram.
• Take orders and prepare products according to standards for dine-in or takeaway customers.
• Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers to ensure customers receive ice cream according to standards.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain personal appearance, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store according to company standards.
• Adhere to safety standards according to organizational rules.
• Comply with organizational rules and regulations and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned by the shift manager.
• Other duties as assigned and listed in the daily work schedule.

Qualifications

• Male or female, aged 18 – 25 years.
• Service-minded and responsible.
• Good personality, cheerful, eloquent, and agile.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Education: Completed at least Mathayom 3 (Grade 9) or higher.
• Experience: Prior experience in restaurant service will be given special consideration.
