About the Role

The Suite Butler is responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to suite guests in particular areas and handling suite guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to suite guests in areas such as check-in, check-out, treatment reservations, F&B reservations and secretarial duties.
• Handle all suite guest interactions professionally, efficiently and courteously at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Butler, Suite Butler or in hotel front office, preferably in a luxury or international hotel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar).
