Responsibilities

• Strengthen relationships with existing accounts and drive continuous service improvements with ultimate focus on business retention.
• Develop strategy, processes and delivery measurement for service among all functional areas responsible for delivering to clients.
• Provide banking loan services and auxiliary products (e.g., letters of credit) to institutions with mid-range annual revenues.
• Support corporate & commercial banking activities by providing loan products and advisory services to small to mid-sized businesses and larger corporations, including corporate and transaction banking.
