About this project
We are looking for bilingual speakers to record short, casual audio clips, naturally switching between English and Chinese—just like how you communicate in real life. There are no scripts, no set scenes, just talk about your day, your thoughts, and say whatever comes to mind.
Do you unconsciously switch back and forth between English and Chinese when you speak? Complain about your day, talk about your favorite TV shows, or talk to yourself in different languages—just speak the way you usually talk to friends. If you could earn money just by recording these daily conversations, would you like to try it?
Work content
- Record 1-2 minute audio clips based on prompts or a short video
- Express yourself naturally in your daily speaking style, freely switching between English and Chinese, without deliberately designing scripts
- Each recording session requires completing several audio clips
Requirements
- Language: Fully bilingual, fluent or native level in both English and Chinese, and naturally mix both languages when speaking
- Equipment: Any device is acceptable, including mobile phones; no professional recording equipment or dedicated studio space is required
- Environment: A quiet room, free of background music, TV noise, traffic noise, or other people talking
- Sound quality: Clear voice, close to the microphone, only one person speaking, no echo. Wearing headphones or earbuds can help but is not essential.
- Tip: Quiet, clean recording quality is paramount; background noise or unclear expression may affect approval.
