Fastship (FASTSHIP) is a leading cross-border logistics platform in Thailand, consolidating over 15 door-to-door delivery service providers including UPS, FedEx, Aramex, SF Express, USPS, PostNL, and Thailand Post. Our strategy is to expand our business scope to enhance the competitiveness of the rapidly growing e-commerce business in the Southeast Asian region, using innovation and technology as our core, and providing diverse logistics and supply chain solutions.

• We offer delivery services to over 200 destinations.
• We have over 25 types of logistics services.
• We have 20 logistics service points across Thailand.

We are looking for part-time individuals who are interested in international logistics business, to work with our professional team within our group of companies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide information and customer service regarding Fastship services as assigned.
• Support shipment management through the Fastship system and track delivery status.
• Assist in parcel handling such as receiving, inspecting, packing, weighing, and calculating initial shipping costs.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth service and delivery.
• Provide initial troubleshooting and escalate cases to responsible parties when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area and support front-office duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Service-minded and enjoys communicating with people.
• Possess good communication skills, responsibility, and a willingness to learn new things.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to use basic Google Workspace programs.
• Able to travel to FastShip branches at the following locations:

• FastShip Palladium Branch
• FastShip Central Westville Branch
• FastShip Central Festival Eastville Branch
• FastShip The Street Ratchada Branch
