Responsibilities

The Food & Beverage Attendant – Lobby Lounge is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a refined luxury hotel environment. The role ensures a warm welcome, efficient order taking, accurate food and beverage delivery, and attentive service throughout the guest experience. The Food & Beverage Attendant maintains cleanliness and presentation of the outlet, complies with hotel service standards and food safety regulations, and works closely with the kitchen and bar teams to provide seamless, personalized service while maximizing guest satisfaction.
