French Remote international Recruiter with Job Squad

About the Company

Job Squad was founded in 2018 with the belief that recruitment needs to be done in a careful and honest way. We inspire and create opportunities for people, ensuring they get international experience and a job they like. We work mainly with people in the age of 18-35 for gap year jobs, first jobs abroad, and some manager positions. We are a young and dynamic international startup team, providing support and training to our recruiters.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
• Manage the operational and strategic recruitment process for local markets.
• Plan, brief jobs, create job ads, update the candidate database.
• Proactively search for candidates, screen, interview, conduct reference checks, and provide feedback.
• Build strong relationships with sales and delivery managers to understand weekly needs.
• Provide ongoing support to candidates even after their job start.
• Create and find new sources to contact potential candidates.
• Support candidates throughout their entire journey.
• Process candidate requests and provide relevant information.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales or recruitment is a plus.
• Experience from an international environment is a plus.
• Experience from living abroad is a big plus.
• Knowledge and experience with social media, knowing how to use it effectively as a recruitment tool.
• Willing to use your social media profiles for work.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal (B2 Level).
• Knowledge of the mentality and culture of European countries/languages (especially French).
